We use a range of delivery services depending on the location. The carbon from our delivery methods is calculated and offset on a regular basis. All deliveries are tracked end-to-end and are fully insured to the value of the items.
Items will need to be signed for, so please use a shipping address where someone is available during the day (e.g. workplace). Tracking information will be provided for either Royal Mail or APC Nationwide.
We dispatch orders within 2-3 working days from order confirmation. Please note that customised orders take longer.
