We use a range of delivery services depending on the location. The carbon from our delivery methods is calculated and offset on a regular basis. All deliveries are tracked end-to-end and are fully insured to the value of the items.

Items will need to be signed for, so please use a shipping address where someone is available during the day (e.g. workplace). Tracking information will be provided for either Royal Mail or APC Nationwide.

We dispatch orders within 2-3 working days from order confirmation. Please note that customised orders take longer.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, as outlined below:

UK 1 working day after dispatch

Europe 3-5 working days after dispatch

Worldwide 5-7 working days after dispatch

Sometimes we can send out orders urgently. Please email us (info@sustainableclothinguk.co.uk) prior to ordering and include exactly what you require and the shipping address.
